Chief Executive Officer
Jane Cui possesses a wealth of professional expertise gathered over the past 16 years with marquis companies such as Microsoft and Leica Camera. Serving as President of Leica Camera Asia, Jane assumed business responsibility for global sales and retail strategy in Greater China and Southeast Asia starting in October of 2016.
Jane’s experience at the Director level managing OEM, ODM and new acquisitions at Microsoft have equipped her well as she drives this new enterprise in computational imaging for the mobile market.
Jane is passionate about photography and the legacy of the Leica brand. Her desire is to keep Leica relevant for generations to come.
Lead Imaging Engineer
Anton is a versatile engineer with a passionate interest in developing camera and imaging products.
He has worked on many different stages of product development cycles from idea inception to driver development for image processing pipelines and imaging sensors.
Born in Hong Kong, Anton has since become a veteran on the software engineering scene in Silicon Valley, with experience with new technology for giants in the industry.
Senior Analyst
Matt Yamamoto is a senior analyst at Ernst Leitz Labs, focusing on market research and content creation. Prior to Ernst Leitz Labs, Matt worked as a research analyst for cryptocurrency media sites, CoinDesk and The Block, and in equity research for D.A. Davidson. In his spare time, Matt enjoys traveling with his wife and playing board games.
Product Manager
Drawing upon graduate education in both fine arts and electrical engineering, Kate Ludicrum is a consummate polymath. Her portfolio of products is diverse and delightful, ranging from children’s toys to ballot marking devices. Kate’s particular expertise is managing the development of physical devices alongside their native software and firmware, while maintaining high design standards. She is excited to join ELL and contribute to the Leica legacy.

Leonard is a telecommunications industry veteran, having worked across the spectrum of mobile products, platforms and services in marketing, management and sales for Fortune 50 companies as well as startups.
At Ernst Leitz Labs, Leonard develops partnerships and product launch strategies for the next generation of Leica imaging.
Located in the beautiful Northwest, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking and traveling with his wife and two teenagers.

John’s passion revolves around driving technology adoption through global partner and customer relationships that translates long-term success.
